Important Guidelines for Parents/Guardians

  • Read the contents of this Almanac carefully and follow them sincerely. You are also requested to advise your wards about the content of this Almanac.
  • Kindly mention the name, class & section of your ward clearly on his/her belongings. (eg. Books, notebooks, bags, lunch box, water bottle, uniform etc.)
  • Kindly go through your ward's Almanac daily and login to the school's mobile app regularly.
  • You are requested to inform the school about any change in address, mobile no. & mode of transport.
  • Parents are requested not to criticize any teacher or school in front of their ward because it may cause the student to lose respect towards teachers or school.
  • Kindly give the lunch box to your ward in the morning only. The school shall not accept it later.
  • Mobile phones or other gadgets are not permitted in the school. If any mobile phone or gadget etc. is found during a surprise check, it will be confiscated and will not be returned.
  • Kindly ensure that your child should not bring the following prohibited items/objects to school: Any kind of weapons, Knives, Sling shot, Valuables e.g. cash, jewellery etc. Fireworks, 'Holi' colours/Water Balloons, any material which could be a health or fire hazard or any other objectionable material.
  • If a student indulges in defacing/damaging school property, his/her parents shall have to pay the fine imposed by the school.
  • All students must reach to school 5 minutes prior to scheduled time everyday. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the school gate.
  • All visitors, Parents entering the school shall fill the complete details in the visitors book provided at the school gate.
  • If your child is suffering from a chronic disease like Asthama, Epilepsy, Rheumatic heart disease etc. Please let your child be under continuous medical supervision of a specialist doctor. History of his/her illness must be filled in the almanac with the treatment being taken.

Rules for Students

  • You should be habitually clean and neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn on all school days and on all occasions of functions organised by the school.
  • Pupils who are not properly dressed and whose general appearance does not confirm to such regulations as the school prescribes, may be sent back home by the Principal.
  • It is strictly forbidden to throw anything out of place and at anyone.
  • No shouting or whistling is allowed in the school premises.
  • It is necessary that pupils must obey the monitor appointed by the class teacher to maintain discipline during his/her absence from the class.
  • Non-Sikh boys should have their hair trimmed at regular intervals.
  • You have to be punctual and regular in the school and join the morning assembly, as the bell starts ringing, in a disciplined manner. By the time the bell stops, ensure that you are in position at the allotted place.
  • You must not bring any sharp instrument to the school.
  • You must not lend or borrow money or other articles from your fellow students.
  • The school will not be responsible for loss of books, money and other valuables brought by you to the school. However, every effort will be made to recover the things lost. If reported to the class Teacher or the Principal immediately.
  • You are expected to be polite, courteous, respectful and well disciplined inside and outside the school.
  • You must take care of your school property. No student should scratch or spoil any school furniture, or write or draw lines on the walls or in any other manner damage things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident, either by you or by any one else. should be reported at once to the Class Teacher or to the Principal. Any damage done will have to be made good either individually or collectively.
  • It is compulsory for all children to converse in English as the CBSE. Syllabus stresses on student competence to speak confidently and fluently in English. A student must speak in decent language all the time. He/She must.
